Children's Care Division

Photo of a group of children looking upWhatever you want to achieve in Children’s Services, you’ll succeed at Medway. One of the reasons we’re so confident is that our department is a bit smaller than most and that brings some huge benefits. You’re sure to flourish in an environment where teams are always in touch with what’s happening and there’s a real sense of cameraderie. Working with people who are happy to help out makes an amazing difference to how fulfilled you feel.

Managers are far more accessible, too. They have time to discuss casework and supervision is excellent. Quite apart from our size, we have some more attractive qualities, including regular learning and development opportunities.

If you won’t believe it till you see it, call us and arrange to spend time with us. We’d be delighted to see you and show you around.

Structure disgrams are available showing how the Children's Care Division is organised and fits into the overall Medway Council structure.
